About the Role:
- We are seeking a Director of Software Engineering for the Datacor Engineering Software Group (DESG).
- This role will oversee technical direction and development operations, driving modernization and long-term architectural planning.
- The Director will report to the General Manager of DESG and partner with Product Management, R&D, and Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development teams across CHEMCAD, Flow Simulation, and GoldSim.
- Establish and continuously improve development practices and own DESG's internal AI adoption strategy.
- Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing team of engineers with varied backgrounds.
