About the Job:
- Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
- Partner with product managers to execute against the product roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years in fast-paced software development at scale.
- 2+ years as a software engineering leader.
- Experience developing full stack web or data applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/MS/PhD in Math, CS, Physics, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience.
- Demonstrated innovation in ambiguous problems.
