Own the full people management lifecycle for direct reports: 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, hiring, terminations, and compensation decisions.
Manage multiple engineering teams, owning people and delivery outcomes across scope.
Ensure teams meet their KPIs and have the right staffing to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications:

10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong background as a technical contributor.
3+ years in an engineering management role with direct responsibility for project delivery and people management.
Technical depth to evaluate design risks, gut-check estimates, and partner with Tech Leads.
