Sr Engineering Manager

What You'll Do:

• Coach and develop your engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, and opportunities that stretch their skills and build toward their goals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities, navigate trade-offs, and drive predictable delivery by helping your team break work into shippable increments.
• Set clear standards for product quality and engineering craft, and help the team consistently deliver work that meets them regardless of pace or pressure.

Who You Are:

• You have 4+ years leading engineering teams and 6+ years of software development experience, with a track record of managing and growing senior engineering talent.
• You have technical depth in one or more areas of our stack, with enough breadth to engage credibly in architecture conversations and maintain the trust of senior engineers.
• You have good product instincts, build strong working relationships with Product and Design partners, and know how to align on priorities that drive meaningful outcomes.
