About the Role:
- Working as an Engineering Manager at Delinea means being part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team.
- This is a remote/telecommute position based out of your home office, reporting to a Sr Director of Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a Sprint team located overseas, handling both people and project responsibilities.
- Create clear technical requirements and contribute technically through architecture, code, and code review.
- Focus on cloud-hosted and on-premises applications, including front-end development.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years experience running an Agile Sprint team or strong technical and personal skills.
- 5+ years experience managing a team in a substantially different time zone.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
