Role Overview:
- Lead the engineering team responsible for enterprise identity governance services.
- Set technical direction for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and identity lifecycle management.
- Partner with security, architecture, and compliance teams to strengthen identity security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, implementation, and operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Oversee identity lifecycle, access requests, certifications, and governance for human and non-human identities.
- Guide migrations from legacy platforms and expand automation via APIs, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in IAM or Identity Governance engineering.
- 5+ years managing software or identity engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and enterprise implementations.
