Network Manager II

Leadership & People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of network engineers.
• Establish team goals, performance objectives, and professional development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Network Operations & Engineering:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of global network infrastructure supporting data centers, cloud, and offices.
• Ensure network availability, performance, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.

Security & Compliance:

• Manage perimeter and internal network security infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls.
• Partner with Security Operations to implement network segmentation and zero-trust initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulatory obligations.
