Seeking a skilled Avaya/Nortel to Cisco Webex Migration Specialist. The role involves working with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Avaya or Nortel PBX/voice systems. Requires strong expertise in Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) and experience with SIP trunking, CUBE, and SBCs.
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live. Configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence, and other collaboration applications within the Webex DI environment. Integrate Webex DI with cloud services and on-premises systems.
Provide Tier 3 support for diverse network environments including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, ADTRAN, Juniper, Meraki, and HP/Dell switches. Troubleshoot advanced routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, DMVPN. Support SD-WAN platforms (Cisco Viptela, Ecessa, Vergx) and wireless LAN controllers. Configure and troubleshoot voice services: SIP, PRI, Hosted PBX, TDM/IP interworking, Fax over IP.
