Network Engineer (Juniper) - Night Shift - Remote LATAM

About the Role:

• The Network Operation Centre ensures maximum service availability and performance, provisions customer network services, and provides support for engineering teams.
• Engineers interact frequently with technical support, provisioning, and sales teams, requiring clear communication and a broad understanding of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monitoring systems, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions or escalate to network engineering.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including IP assignment, DNS setup, monitoring software, and NNI ports.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation point for core network services and participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of network operations experience with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, STP, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPSec.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Adtran routing, switching, and firewall devices; JNCIA or CCNA certification required.
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS, network monitoring tools, and centralized device management.

• This is a fully remote night shift position, open to candidates based in LATAM.
• Schedule options are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PST or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PST.
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
