Role Overview:
- You will lead IT infrastructure projects from discovery to completion, working directly with clients.
- You will personally perform the engineering work and coordinate with other engineers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead server migrations, cloud migrations, and Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Deploy and manage Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments.
- Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs for client networks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience in an MSP environment.
- Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 expertise.
- Experience with Azure, networking, and project scoping.
