Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues across infrastructure, cloud, and security.
Design end-to-end technical solutions for clients spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, identity/security, and networking.
Build automation and AI tooling to streamline operations and reduce manual work.

Qualifications:

Must come from a scaled MSP with experience supporting multiple clients.
Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong security background and scripting ability, particularly PowerShell.
