Role & Responsibilities:
- Participate in project planning and delivery of solutions as outlined in the SoW.
- Attend client meetings for status updates and issue resolution.
- Mentor team members and assist with technical questions.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant technical IT project experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, Windows Server, and network configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology-related degree or equivalent IT experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems and hypervisor technologies.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On and MFA implementation.
Additional Information:
- Travel to customer sites may be required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass state and federal background checks.
