Position Overview:

• The Senior TechOps Engineer designs, implements, optimizes, and supports scalable, multitenant technology solutions.
• This role serves as a subject matter expert across platforms, services, vendors, and applications.
• A key focus is identifying manual or repetitive processes and developing automation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Atlas Technica’s multitenant technology solutions.
• Provide escalation and second-line support to end users and other Atlas Technica team members.
• Stay informed about new features, updates, and capabilities released by vendors for existing solutions.

Requirements:

• A four-year college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field, plus at least four years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and at least two years using PowerShell.
• At least two years of experience with SQL or relational databases and one year as an administrator for platforms like ConnectWise Manage or NinjaOne.
