Provide advanced remote support and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments. Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure while mentoring junior engineers. Troubleshoot networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity issues to maintain client environments and drive improvements.
