Associate Director, Professional Services

Role Overview:

• Seeking an Associate Director to lead day-to-day operations across Professional Services Delivery, Cloud Solutions, and Architecture.
• Reporting to the Director, this role oversees delivery quality, team performance, utilization, capacity, and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach leaders across multiple technical teams, ensuring sustainable capability and accountability.
• Own operational delivery performance, including scoping, staffing, governance, and client outcomes across cloud and professional services.
• Coordinate demand forecasting, resource planning, and escalation management with cross-functional partners.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT services experience with 3+ years leading engineering or cloud teams in an MSP or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and cloud operations; plus proven delivery and financial acumen.

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with managed cloud services, dedicated-client engineering, and PSA platforms like ConnectWise Manage.
• Azure/AWS certifications and experience in financial services or regulated environments are a plus.
