Role Overview:
- The GDC Associate Cloud Engineer is a member of 3Cloud’s managed services team.
- Responsible for ongoing technical support, handling escalations from a monitoring team, and leading proactive maintenance tasks.
- Essential to the success of the Managed Services division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Codes all unassigned tickets and provides initial support on alerting tickets.
- Creates and manages Microsoft support escalation tickets.
- Performs VM resizes, new VM creations, and assists with patching where required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-2 years of Azure experience and experience with ticketing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
