Roles and Responsibilities:

  • User Support: Handle Copilot-related tickets, access issues, troubleshooting including prompt issues, permissions, and policy restrictions.
  • Identity & Licensing: Assign/revoke Copilot licenses, monitor utilization, support onboarding/offboarding, validate Entra ID roles and group memberships.
  • Enablement: Provide prompt coaching, best practices, document use cases, support champions, and collect user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 1-3 years M365 support in MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
  • Operational knowledge of PowerShell and Kusto-Query Language (KQL), plus understanding of ITIL processes.
