Digital Workplace Administrator

Role Overview:

• Act as the third-line escalation point for complex incidents across Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Provide advanced administration and optimisation of the Office 365 environment.
• Design and deliver collaboration solutions aligned to business and security requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience administering Microsoft 365 with strong expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• Experience operating at 2nd/3rd line support level with ownership of complex incidents.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and dependencies.
