Cloud Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure — virtual servers, databases, storage — across multiple client environments.
• Act as first responder for issues reported through Salesforce and Azure DevOps, diagnosing and resolving problems on the fly.
• Build and execute automations, pipelines, and scripts to support cloud operations and maintain monitoring tools like Datadog.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of server admin experience (Windows, Linux) and 1+ years of database support experience.
• Proficient in managing cloud resources such as Azure and AWS, with knowledge of operational security concepts.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills, with a client-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
