IT Systems Administrator

Role Summary:

• Support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and internal systems as an independent contractor.
• Administer cloud services, user accounts, software licenses, and hardware for a dynamic international environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure including cloud environment, hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employees.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, user permissions, and software licenses for engineering tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of IT administration experience with strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience supporting remote users in an international environment (100+ users preferred).
• Fast learning ability, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills required.
