Cloud Security Engineer

About the Role:

• We're hiring a Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen and operate our Microsoft cloud security stack.
• You'll build, tune, and maintain security controls while bringing a red-team mindset to find weaknesses before attackers do.
• This role sits at the intersection of security engineering, cloud operations, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft cloud security technologies including Purview, Defender for Cloud, and Entra ID.
• Monitor security and compliance posture and drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes.
• Apply a red-team mindset to proactively identify weaknesses and produce clear reports for leadership.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud security technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Microsoft 365/Azure controls.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $145,000 per year.
