About the Role:
- Combine end user support with modern workplace technologies, identity systems, and AI platforms.
- Support a global workforce while improving IT operations through automation.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via tickets, chat, email, and remote sessions.
- Administer Okta, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and manage SaaS platforms.
- Deploy endpoints with Intune, Iru, and CrowdStrike while maintaining asset inventory.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of IT support experience with macOS and Windows.
- Hands-on experience with M365, Slack, Zoom, and identity tools.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and interest in AI technologies.
