IT Support Engineer

Role Overview:

• You'll keep core IT infrastructure running for a distributed, cloud-first workforce.
• You'll support endpoints, identity, SaaS platforms, and automation across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Handle escalated technical support and IT onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage device inventory, warranties, and refresh cycles with MDM tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Build automations and playbooks to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in systems administration.
• Strong experience with macOS, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, scripting, and ITIL.
