The Role:
- Own day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle, and IAM for a distributed team.
- Serve as primary technical escalation point and key partner to the CISO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1-3 support across Windows and macOS, manage devices via Intune.
- Drive IAM strategy, onboarding/offboarding, and periodic access reviews.
- Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell and Bash; maintain audit-ready docs.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years IT support, including as sole or senior IT resource at a startup.
- Strong security fundamentals, HIPAA experience, and hands-on Intune expertise.
