Manager of IT

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Manager of IT to bring technical depth and delivery structure to the technology department.
• This role owns the operating rhythm of core workplace systems, including sprint planning, ticket hygiene, and project delivery.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, this role acts as a force multiplier between leadership and support specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the IT team operating rhythm with sprint planning, standups, and SLA tracking.
• Directly supervise and develop the IT support team, providing performance oversight and growth support.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point and own enterprise IAM platforms like Okta.
