Technical Lead - IT Ops Support

About the Role:

• Sevaro is hiring a Technical Lead for IT Ops Support to provide hands-on technical leadership for our IT support and operations function.
• This role goes beyond ticket management; you will step into complex technical issues, lead troubleshooting through resolution, and serve as the escalation point.
• You will work closely with clinicians, operations teams, engineering, security, and external partners to ensure Sevaro’s technology environment remains reliable, secure, and easy to use.

What You'll Do:

• Lead technical support escalations, owning difficult incidents from initial investigation through root cause identification and resolution.
• Coach and mentor IT Support team members, establish clear escalation paths, and help the team solve more issues independently.
• Own IT Operations, including endpoint, identity, access collaboration, and core IT systems, while partnering with Security and Compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical support engineering, preferably in a healthtech or clinical environment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows/MacOS, mobile devices, identity and access management, SaaS apps, networking, and AV/remote collaboration.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce, with strong documentation habits and understanding of incident management and HIPAA-conscious IT operations.
