IT Support Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer IT infrastructure including Okta, Google Workspace, and manage user accounts and access control.
• Lead process improvements, create documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent certifications with 3-5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong understanding of networking, macOS/Windows environments, and tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and scripting languages (Python).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
