Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional employee support by providing outstanding Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through the IT service desk, troubleshooting hardware, software, identity, endpoint, and SaaS application issues.
  • Manage user lifecycle and access, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience by preparing user accounts, devices, and software access, and supporting identity and access management.
  • Administer and support a broad portfolio of cloud-based business applications, including user provisioning, licensing, and basic configuration, and create internal documentation to improve self-service and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or IT administration in a cloud-first environment.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace, Okta, or similar identity and collaboration platforms, as well as macOS devices in a business environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and cloud applications, with familiarity in SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management.
