Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete corporate hardware lifecycle, including procurement, device configuration, inventory management, and international equipment shipping.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by managing accounts, permissions, access rights, and equipment allocation.
- Perform access reviews and support basic security initiatives such as access control improvements and phishing prevention.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration with strong familiarity in macOS.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and ability to diagnose technical issues systematically.
- English proficiency at B1-B2 level with strong customer-oriented mindset.
