Responsibilities:

  • You will respond to urgent tickets and client calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone and remote tools.
  • You will perform proactive maintenance including patch management, disk space management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • You will handle support for Windows and macOS environments, business applications, and basic networking.

Qualifications:

  • You have experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools.
  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.

Requirements:

  • You must have a home office with a computer meeting minimum specs, stable internet, and necessary equipment.
  • You will work full-time 40 hrs/week, 8 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
  • You must possess excellent English communication skills and pass behavioral and cognitive assessments.
