Role Overview:
- Provide first-line IT support to small and mid-sized businesses via phone, email, and automated alerts.
- Triage tickets to identify problems, assess severity, and escalate when necessary.
- Keep clients updated throughout the resolution process.
Technologies and Tools:
- Work with RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms (NinjaOne, Autotask, IT Glue).
- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, servers, Active Directory, DNS, and LAN environments.
- Support endpoint security (BitDefender) and email management (OpenText/AppRiver).
Who We Are Looking For:
- A candidate with 6 months to 1.5 years of helpdesk experience, ideally at an MSP.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, available for US Central Time hours.
- Someone with a great attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
