Role Overview:

  • Provide first-line IT support to small and mid-sized businesses via phone, email, and automated alerts.
  • Triage tickets to identify problems, assess severity, and escalate when necessary.
  • Keep clients updated throughout the resolution process.

Technologies and Tools:

  • Work with RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms (NinjaOne, Autotask, IT Glue).
  • Troubleshoot Windows PCs, servers, Active Directory, DNS, and LAN environments.
  • Support endpoint security (BitDefender) and email management (OpenText/AppRiver).

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A candidate with 6 months to 1.5 years of helpdesk experience, ideally at an MSP.
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, available for US Central Time hours.
  • Someone with a great attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
