You can expect your role to develop over time supporting Windows workstations, handling Tier 1 & some Tier 2 issues, imaging workstations and installing & configuring associated hardware, ensuring firmware, OS, anti-virus software, & security patches are up to date, resolving end-user computer issues and troubleshooting basic internet connectivity issues.

Provide remote IT support, ensuring clients receive top-notch technical assistance. Handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting. Expected to resolve technical issues with little or no assistance, including workstation operating system issues, printer issues, and basic server and networking issues.
