The IT Systems Engineer is a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems used to manage and control end-user devices, services, and enterprise applications. This role handles 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, system optimization, and ensures the stability, security, and scalability of platforms such as Entra, Jamf, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, MS Defender, Atlassian tools, and other IT systems.
Join Align's Managed Services team as a Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer! You will manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and distributed systems. You'll collaborate with the IT Service Desk to resolve complex issues, contribute to client onboarding, and maintain a stable, secure IT environment, offering VIP support and training to new clients.
Remotely or onsite support, troubleshoot, administer, and/or deploy workstations, servers, storage, email, cloud, and network-related equipment and software. Advise clients using industry best-practices and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain client security standards and confidentiality of information. Clearly document support issues, resolution steps, and newly deployed equipment within RSM’s ticketing system. Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
As a Sr. Client Technology Management Engineer, you will use your background in current technologies as a direct point of contact for clients, addressing their business needs. Act as a Senior Engineering resource when interfacing with clients, providing guidance to address complex technological challenges. You should be a critical thinker, attentive to the needs of our clients, and capable of articulating technology to audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
