What your typical days might look like:
- Provide amazing support to clients, greatly exceeding their experience.
- Escalate customer support requirements and confirm acceptance.
- Prepare desktops, laptops, and miscellaneous hardware for customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
