Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities using Microsoft Windows.
• Analyze and resolve network hardware and software failures, and manage network devices.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on new software and equipment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant help desk experience and an Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience with ZenDesk, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
