Act as primary contact for IT support, monitor tickets, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud issues.
Support onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, and endpoint deployment and compliance.
Follow security policies and HIPAA, report concerns, and assist with access control.

Qualifications:

2+ years IT support experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals; healthcare experience a plus.
