IT Support Specialist

Role Overview:

• You will provide hands-on technical support for enterprise IT environments, maintaining secure and efficient workplace technology.
• You will support cloud-based systems, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS device issues, authentication challenges, and access-related incidents.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
