Role Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support to employees globally across Windows and macOS environments.
- Own the lifecycle of EMEA support requests and deliver seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Manage corporate endpoints, identity platforms, and cloud infrastructure while building automation scripts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in IT support or systems administration, ideally in a global or remote-first SaaS company.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Okta, Amazon Web Services, and Azure.
