Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to computer users by answering questions and resolving problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Process and manage trouble tickets with detailed documentation of actions taken.
- Communicate with customers to ensure productivity and provide individual feedback.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- ITILv4 Foundation Certification, obtainable within 120 days after hire.
- At least 4-9 years of work experience with an Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Work Environment:
- This role is fully remote, requiring self-discipline and time management.
- Personnel must maintain a safe home workspace and protect company and customer information.
- Travel is not required.
