Senior IT Operations Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of IT operations strategies to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
• Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms, including identity management, collaboration tools, and endpoint management systems.
• Drive initiatives to improve IT infrastructure, security standards, and system performance, while supporting AI-powered workplace tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology role with a strong track record of improving IT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management solutions, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
