Information Technology (IT) Support & Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision new employee laptops end to end including JumpCloud enrollment and security group application.
• Manage user accounts in JumpCloud and Google Workspace, ensuring disk encryption and remote access are active.
• Investigate and resolve backend issues by reading logs and correlating across services.

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately two years in IT support, administration, or device management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud identity/device management platforms like JumpCloud, Intune, or Jamf.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies (WireGuard, OpenVPN) and both Windows and Mac environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and HIPAA-conscious environments.
• Scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and SFTP/file-exchange server administration.
• Familiarity with Slack, Monday.com, or similar work-management tools.
