Support Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within SLA, serving as first-line support.
- Troubleshoot diverse issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Environment Management:
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and user account provisioning, resets, and permissions.
- Manage macOS account setup, security settings, and software installations.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
Project and Collaboration:
- Contribute to IT projects like system upgrades and tool rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
- Track project tasks and provide regular updates for successful outcomes.
Onboarding and Operations:
- Partner with People team for seamless technology experience for new hires and departures.
- Own provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts and devices with security focus.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content.
