About the Role:
- Eltropy's IT & Security team keeps a globally distributed workforce productive and secure in a SOC 2-audited environment.
- This role owns day-to-day IT operations for the India team and contributes to broader IT initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Extremely detail-oriented and accountable, taking ownership of tasks end to end.
- Proactive, anticipating problems and driving improvements without being told.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own new-hire onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device management.
- Provide end-user support for macOS and Windows, and administer Microsoft Entra ID, Kandji, and Google Workspace.
- Support security and compliance operations, including access reviews and SOC 2 evidence collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with 3+ years of hands-on IT/systems administration experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Kandji MDM, and macOS/Windows troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication and documentation habits.
