Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 1 support for encryption, identity management, and account access issues.
  • Troubleshoot Unified Communications (VoIP) and audio-visual technology in conference rooms.
  • Document and escalate issues as needed, maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience in a hospital or high-volume call center environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, encryption, VoIP, and A/V equipment.
