Performs operations and planning support to include tracking progress on projects and daily tasks. Prepares and conducts briefings to leadership on the current status and future requirements. Performs engineering support to include the development of technical documentation. Manages stakeholder expectations and maintain communications to ensure service delivery.

This is a Level 2 support position, responsible for monitoring client network activity, triaging, diagnosing, and remediating escalated technology related problems; working with vendors and client teams to proactively recognize issues and trends, providing timely resolution to meet Service Level Agreements.

You will function as the voice of Twilio to our customers and partners and function as a subject matter expert for Twilio’s platform. You’re a strong communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email, and you’re able to empathize with frustrated customers from all backgrounds.

The Telecom Coordinator will support and maintain the telecommunications systems across our network of offices, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality service for patients and staff. Manage daily operations of telecommunications systems and troubleshoot telecom issues, coordinating with vendors and IT.
