You can expect your role to develop over time supporting Windows workstations, handling Tier 1 & some Tier 2 issues, imaging workstations and installing & configuring associated hardware, ensuring firmware, OS, anti-virus software, & security patches are up to date, resolving end-user computer issues and troubleshooting basic internet connectivity issues.

The Identity Automation and Integration Engineer will develop and maintain automation and integration solutions for the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves writing automation scripts, ensuring system integration, and collaborating with technical teams. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on automation and integration performance and conducting system assessments.
