Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator

Essential Duties:

• Administer Exchange Online and manage Mimecast policies for spam, malware, and other threats.
• Administer Entra ID: user and group lifecycle, licensing, and device registration.
• Manage hybrid identity with Entra Connect sync and troubleshoot authentication issues.

Collaboration and Security:

• Support Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; work with Communications on AV conferencing.
• Support Purview and Defender implementations alongside IT Security and Risk.
• Run root cause analysis on cloud performance issues to restore service quickly.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or comparable experience.
• Hands-on administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Purview, Copilot, OneDrive, and Intune.
• 3+ years administering Entra ID, including hybrid identity with Entra Connect.
