Lead Microsoft 365 Consultant

Role Overview:

• Lead strategic Microsoft 365 consulting engagements focused on modern workplace and collaboration solutions.
• Oversee engagements from discovery through implementation, migration, and adoption.
• Assess AI readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot and develop governance frameworks.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and advise on modern workplace strategy.
• Design and deliver SharePoint intranets, document management, and Power Platform solutions.
• Plan and lead migrations, conduct audits, and develop repeatable service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 7 years of Microsoft 365 consulting experience.
• Advanced expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications required or must be completed.
