Test Engineer III

Overview:

• Support the development, integration, and maturation of digital engineering solutions from conceptual design through prototype transition.
• Ensure testing approaches are adaptable, scalable, and cloud-agnostic, initially within Azure Government.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, performance, load, and end-to-end testing across the prototype environment.
• Test Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and CI/CD pipelines, and implement automated tests using Pester and other frameworks.
• Validate security controls, STIG evidence, data lifecycle processes, and AI/LLM-enabled services.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience testing applications, services, or infrastructure in Azure or another enterprise cloud environment, with formal test plan development.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, Agile, DevSecOps, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
