• Own end-to-end quality strategy for contact center and self-service technologies, including IVRs, chatbots, and conversational AI.
• Lead QA teams while remaining hands-on with complex testing scenarios across AWS, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce.
• Define and track quality KPIs, drive defect management, and ensure release readiness for multi-channel customer interactions.

• Own test strategy and develop test cases across the internal product portfolio.
• Design and maintain testing layers for smoke, happy path, regression, and release-readiness.
• Build automation frameworks from scratch and perform manual testing in Salesforce and .NET environments.
