Job Summary:
- Responsible for the support of domestic & international user base
- Application support, hardware troubleshooting, new user provisioning
- Contributing to the improvement of our processes
Responsibilities:
- Manage & maintain our application stack, including SaaS applications
- Assist with company-wide software deployments
- Provide excellent customer service to both our remote and onsite customers
Experience:
- Supporting devices that run on Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS
- 2-3 years’ experience in a System Administrator role
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
